Suggest the use of the treatment scales to your doctors, dentists, and other clinicians as a way of making treatment discussions easier and more efficient. You can bring two copies of the scales to your medical appointments—one for you to use and another for the clinician. Then consider giving your clinician a copy of the scales so he or she can use it with other patients.
