Get the Scales
The 2" X 3 ½" wallet card with the NTS‑R and NTS‑A is the size of a business card. The colors are familiar: green (Levels 4 and 5) means “go,” yellow (Level 2) means “caution,” red (Level 1) means “don’t go,” and grey (Level 3) means “not black or white.” The arrow, double arrow and equals sign also help users understand the meaning of each level.
The treatment scales may be obtained in several ways:

2. Print a single copy: Download one pdf file with the scales side by side. Print them on a piece of paper or card stock. Cut along the solid rectangle around the printed scales. Fold along the dotted line (to the size of a business card) to carry in your purse or wallet.
3. Print multiple copies: Download two pdf files – each with ten copies of one of the scales. Print the two scales on opposite sides of 8.5" x 11" card stock, preferably Avery (or compatible) business card stock with 10 perforated cards per page, like these. Cut or separate the cards and share with others.
